Richard works in all areas of the firm’s practice with a particular focus on litigation and dispute resolution.
He has acted for a wide range of clients, including private and public sector clients, across a diverse range of matters and projects including areas of planning, development, liquor licensing, environmental law and neighbourhood disputes.
Richard has particular expertise in securing compensation for compulsory acquisition cases providing comprehensive legal and strategic advice on compulsory acquisition processes including land access and possession, powers of entry, pre and post-acquisition occupation and identifying and quantifying compensation available.
