Hanna Daych / Lawyer



Hanna joined Botten Levinson in 2017 as a law clerk while completing her final year of a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and International Relations at Flinders University.
Having been admitted to practice in early 2018, Hanna is now a solicitor working across the firm’s practice areas, advising on planning, development and environment matters, preparing development applications, submissions to state and local government for development and environmental approvals, and development plan amendments.
Hanna also assists with preparation of civil and regulatory criminal cases in the Magistrates Court, Supreme Court, and Environment, Resources and Development Court and prepares briefs for Senior Counsel.
